About Rob Cagle

Robs transition in 1998 from the heavy construction industry to a Realtor was a natural move for him. His previous business involved purchasing real property, subdividing and reselling. In addition to land development, he was part owner of a successful construction company that was involved in constructing development infrastructure such as underground utilities, paving and flood control. 
Currently, Rob is a member of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors (Central Texas MLS), San Antonio  Board of Realtors (SABOR). His professional accreditation does include ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent), CDPE, (Certified Distressed Property Expert). 

Rob has been involved in sales of multi-million dollar properties in several exclusive Utah ski resort markets 1998 to 2013. Since moving back to Texas in 2013, Rob has been working in the New Braunfels market, as well as nearby Canyon Lake, Blanco, Wimberley, Spring Branch, and San Marcos areas. Additionally he has extensive training in Short Sales, Bank Owned and Distressed Properties.
